It captures something. Whether it be emotion or an event, you took a moment and made it stand still for any set of eyes to see.

Emotion needs to be photographed, because emotion is just wonderful.

Be creative and have the focus be something else. I used a fountain in this image!
Pinterest is also a fantastic tool for any photographer, but of course you probably already know this.
I know Emily does, I stalk her Pinterest boards! Haha!
Photographers are constantly being inspired (at least I am) by different sceneries and poses,
Pinterest just puts all those inspirations in one place!
Prime lenses have the best quality. Invest. You'll cry from pure joy.
1. If you're a new photographer get a website that they can print off of or have a link or information for quality printing locations (no, not your local Wal-Mart).
2. Get an awesome editing system like Lightroom 5 or Photoshop.
3. Make a Facebook Page to share your photography with friends, you can consider that a starting point and grow from there!
4. Invest in your lenses, NOT your camera body. Glass is always a good choice.
5. Love what you do, if you find yourself looking at photography as a burden you may need to take a step back and breathe and remember why you began taking pictures in the first place.
